1. How a profile is formed
Research starts from your identity, public links and optional background. Suggested topics help the search; they are not automatically awarded specialties. Sources are assessed for attribution, relevant professional work, topic fit, corroboration, quality and uncertainty. The system derives topics and estimates from the evidence it can locate and examine.
A person's primary work should be distinguished from adjacent experience, commentary and unsupported claims. Publication count, followers or a prestigious domain alone do not establish competence. A source that mentions your name may concern someone else or may not support the claimed role.
2. Read the labels
Evidence coverage describes support found for a topic, not the percentage of the skill you possess. A topic-authority score is NamedProof's model-dependent estimate. Identity checks concern attribution; they do not certify all claims or every capability.
Low confidence, unavailable sources or a provisional result mean the evidence is limited. They do not prove that experience does not exist. Search restrictions, language, name changes, private client work and stale pages can materially affect the outcome.
3. AI influence is not measured by a profile score
NamedProof does not have access to Google, ChatGPT or other providers' internal authority weights. A profile score does not show how much a future assessment will change AI answers, rankings or a buyer's decision. Public evidence may be discoverable without being cited or trusted in a particular answer.
Measuring observed visibility would require a defined set of queries, platforms, dates and repeated observations. Attribution of a change to one assessment requires additional evidence and controls. We do not turn an unmeasured effect into a promised price premium.
4. Price guidance
A category reference range describes related services in a market; it is not a personal valuation. An indicative expert rate uses the available evidence and dated market assumptions where sufficient. Read the rate type, currency, confidence and limitations together.
The final assignment fee depends on relevant expertise, scope, effort, complexity, access, publication obligations and the accepted terms. A displayed range does not promise an offer at that rate, hours of work, a particular rank, or future income. Experts may accept or decline a fixed-scope offer; they cannot buy a higher system score.
5. Corrections and updates
Profiles reflect the stated research date, not continuous monitoring of the entire internet. Sources, methodology and markets change; a later run can raise or lower a result. A new publication or completed assignment does not automatically earn a fixed number of points.
Send missing evidence, identity corrections or a disputed inference through the available information form or [email protected]. Include the exact topic, source URL and your role. We do not promise a higher score or a commercial recalculation on demand, but personal-data corrections and applicable human-review rights remain available. Do not submit confidential material without permission.
