1. Where to send a request
Email [email protected]. Use “Correction”, “Assignment complaint”, “Privacy”, “Copyright”, “Conflict” or “Account appeal” in the subject. Include a profile/assessment URL or order reference, the specific issue, relevant evidence and a reply address. You may use the in-product information form where available.
Do not send passwords, full card numbers, unnecessary identity documents or other people's confidential data. For a security concern, follow the security-reporting policy instead of posting an exploit publicly.
2. What happens next
Requests are reviewed by the operator or an authorized person, not resolved solely by an automated score. We may seek clarification and relevant statements from the affected parties. Share only what is necessary to investigate; confidential material should not be copied into a public response.
Possible outcomes include correcting attribution or facts, rerunning relevant research, recording a response or limitation, asking for missing work, applying an agreed remedy, or restricting/removing unlawful or unsupported content. A requested higher score or preferred conclusion is not guaranteed.
If you disagree with our decision, reply with the decision reference and the specific overlooked evidence. Ask for reconsideration. We do not promise a separate independent appeals body where one is not available. Statutory complaint, court and payment-provider rights remain available.
3. Copyright and unlawful content
Identify the exact URL and content, the right or law you believe is affected, why the claim is substantiated, and your authority to act. For copyright, identify your work and the allegedly unauthorized use. State that your report is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not use knowingly false notices to remove criticism.
We may preserve relevant evidence, restrict access while investigating and seek a response from the contributor where appropriate. Urgent safety or legal concerns may require action before discussion. A notice is not by itself proof of infringement or grounds to reveal an account holder's private data.
4. Timing and external rights
This service does not promise round-the-clock support or an instant resolution. Indicate any contractual deadline or urgent safety concern. For GDPR rights requests, the privacy notice's statutory response timetable applies; other legally required deadlines also take priority.
You may contact the competent data-protection authority, consumer dispute-resolution service, court or payment provider as applicable. We do not require you to exhaust this process first, waive a chargeback right, or agree not to discuss your own honest experience.
