1. Approval before publication
For new orders, the company receives the completed assessment before either NamedProof or the expert publishes it. The company may keep it private or approve the complete public record. Silence, payment, expert submission and a completed research job are not publication approval.
Approval applies to the reviewed version, including findings, rating, conclusions, evidence, limitations and the separately identified company response. Final choices may lock the record; contact us to request a change. A new substantive revision needs the appropriate renewed approval. Previously accepted orders retain their agreed publication terms.
2. The public record
Approved public delivery includes an attributed record on NamedProof and a signed publication on the expert's own site or public social account. Both must clearly identify the sponsor, paid relationship and any relevant conflicts. Do not disguise commissioned work as an unpaid customer testimonial.
The company cannot remove weaknesses or rewrite the expert's judgment as a condition of publication. If it chooses privacy, do not publish the result, teaser findings or identifiable screenshots elsewhere. Our public library is a sponsor-selected subset; it excludes private commissioned work.
3. Ownership and permitted use
Unless the accepted order expressly agrees otherwise, the expert retains copyright. For approved publication, the expert permits NamedProof to host, reproduce, format for accessibility and display the approved assessment with their name and source link. This permission does not allow alteration of the verdict, invented endorsements or sale of the expert's identity.
The commissioning company may use the delivered assessment internally for its agreed purpose. Public excerpts must be from approved public work, preserve material context and disclosure, identify the author and link to the full record. Full republication, substantial adaptation, translation, paid advertising or expanded usage rights require the relevant permission if not already included in the order.
Your brand and supplied materials remain yours. Publication approval covers only material you have authority to publish. Source citations do not transfer third-party copyrights or permit exposing confidential or personal information.
4. Retention and availability
After company-approved public publication, the expert must keep their publication available for at least 24 months from publication on NamedProof, with no planned removal. The platform has permission to retain the attributed approved record and source link. Private work has no public-retention obligation.
This is not a promise of perpetual hosting, AI training, indexing or citations. Legal duties, safety, privacy rights, platform restrictions and substantiated removal requests may require an exception. Report a moved or removed page promptly and, where appropriate, provide a replacement. A temporary access failure is not proof of deliberate deletion.
5. Corrections, versions and withdrawal
Report an error with the exact passage and supporting evidence. Material corrections should be identified rather than silently changing the meaning of a published conclusion. A changed product or new version may require a fresh assessment; an old record must not be represented as current testing.
NamedProof may annotate, restrict or remove material for substantiated inaccuracy, privacy, rights, security or legal concerns after considering the circumstances. An unfavorable finding alone is not a removal reason. We may retain a limited correction or withdrawal notice where lawful. These rules do not prevent statutory erasure or other mandatory remedies.
6. Expert profiles and share cards
An expert's generated profile is separate from a commissioned assessment. Public sharing requires their choice to publish and the applicable identity/evidence checks. A card or QR code links to the public profile; it is not certification, verification of every claim, a guaranteed rate or proof of AI influence.
Do not remove confidence labels, dates or estimate qualifications from a shared card. Copies shared elsewhere may outlast changes to the original profile. Contact us about inaccurate copies or a request to stop our public display.
