How it works

From a product question to an expert assessment.

Agree the scope and fee, then read the completed assessment. Choose whether to keep it private or publish it in full, including any critical findings.

01

Write the brief

Name the product, question, required expertise and access. The workspace saves your request and a non-binding estimate.

02

Review the proposal

Staff review the brief and propose an approved expert, total price and written terms.

03

The expert checks conflicts

The expert sees the named sponsor before checking conflicts and accepting the proposed scope and fee.

04

Approve the quote

Your company reviews the quote after expert acceptance. Work starts only after payment confirmation.

05

Read the full assessment

The expert submits findings, evidence and limitations. You receive the completed text before publication. You can flag factual errors and add a separate response, but cannot rewrite findings, ratings or conclusions, or remove weaknesses.

06

Choose whether to publish

Keep the assessment private or approve the complete public record. Neither the expert nor the platform publishes without company approval. Approved publication includes evidence, limitations, expert attribution, funding disclosure and any company response.

The sponsor funds the work. The expert owns the conclusion.

Expert compensation does not depend on the verdict or the company’s publication choice.

Choosing not to publish does not entitle you to a refund for completed assessment work. Your statutory rights are unaffected. These terms apply to new orders; previously accepted orders retain their agreed terms.

Guardrails in the workflow

Every handoff has a reason.

Before acceptance

The named sponsor is visible to the expert before the conflict declaration.

During review

The expert's conclusion and limitations stay separate from the company response.

After approved publication

Published findings are locked in the workspace. The expert’s public post must remain available for at least 24 months from network publication. Private work has no public-retention obligation.
