1. Estimates and agreed fees
A profile rate, category reference range or calculator result is indicative, not a binding quote or an expert's guaranteed earnings. Before payment, obtain the agreed expert fee, platform fee, currency, taxes, deliverables and total. Extra work and usage rights require agreement; no undisclosed fee is created by these pages.
The published planning model adds a platform fee of 20% of the expert professional fee: a $1,000 expert fee plus $200 platform fee gives $1,200 before applicable taxes. This is an illustration, not a 20% deduction from the company total. The accepted quote controls the actual split, taxes and any agreed variation. Legacy orders are not recalculated.
2. Funding and payment status
Where Checkout is available, Stripe processes the payment. A return to the website, accepted quote or payment attempt is not proof of confirmed funds. Wait for the confirmed order status; contact us if a bank charge and workspace status do not match, rather than paying repeatedly.
NamedProof is not an escrow service, bank or deposit account. Payment before delivery must not be described as regulated escrow or guaranteed fund protection. Payment processing, any transfer to an expert, and receipt in a bank account are separate events.
3. Cancellation and work already performed
You may withdraw an unaccepted request through the available workspace action or by contacting us. For an accepted assignment, notify us promptly in writing. The accepted cancellation terms, work actually completed, agreed unavoidable costs and mandatory law determine the amount due or refundable. We explain the basis rather than applying a blanket forfeiture.
A company may keep completed work private. That choice, or dissatisfaction with an honest unfavorable conclusion, does not itself entitle it to a refund for completed assessment work. This does not waive remedies for fabricated evidence, missing contracted deliverables, non-delivery or other breach.
4. Missing, late or disputed work
Contact [email protected] with the order reference, the agreed requirement and what is missing or incorrect. Do not include full card details. Where work does not meet the agreement, the appropriate remedy may include correction, completion, a revised agreed deadline, cancellation or a partial/full refund, depending on the facts and applicable law.
We do not treat silence as publication approval. A technical cutoff in a workspace action does not remove your right to raise a complaint. Expert and company statements and the agreed scope should be considered before resolving a dispute. Refund processing and bank posting take separate time; an email acknowledging a request is not confirmation that funds have been returned.
5. Mandatory consumer rights
Company orders are normally for business purposes. If you qualify as an EU consumer buying a distance service, you generally have 14 days from concluding the contract to withdraw. Email us a clear statement with your name, order reference and contract date. You may use any unequivocal statement; use of the model withdrawal form below is optional.
Starting within that period requires your express request. A lawful proportionate charge for work already supplied may apply. Loss of withdrawal rights on full performance requires the legally required prior consent and acknowledgment; these policy pages or a preselected option are not that consent. For a valid consumer withdrawal, we reimburse the amount legally due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Other mandatory rights remain unaffected.
6. Model withdrawal form — services
Complete and send this only if you wish to withdraw. Email or post is accepted; a paper signature is not required for email. Delete the alternatives that do not apply.

I/We hereby give notice of withdrawal from my/our contract for the provision of the following service: __________. Contract date: __________. Order reference (if available): __________.
Consumer name(s): __________. Consumer address: __________. Date of this notice: __________. Signature(s), for a paper notice only: __________.
7. Expert payment and taxes
Check the payment method, timing, fee and cancellation arrangements in your accepted assignment before starting work. Transfers require confirmed payment, completed work, no unresolved dispute and ready payout details. Do not interpret a score, availability switch, funded order or submitted assessment as a bank-payment receipt.
Expert compensation pays for agreed work, not a positive result or the company's choice to publish. Any deduction, platform fee, expenses or currency conversion affecting that compensation must be disclosed in the accepted terms. We do not promise an unagreed exchange rate or a universal payout deadline.
Applicable identity, payment-provider and legal checks may be required. Each party remains responsible for its own tax obligations and accurate invoicing information. A public fee illustration is not tax advice or an invoice. Previously accepted orders keep their payment terms.
